Okay, Not Okay talk by Phoenix House

Sandy Banks – Social Worker Phoenix House The puppet show is based for kindergarten aged children and called Okay, Not Okay. It informs the children about what type of touching is okay and not okay. We explore feelings such as how you feel when you feel safe. The children also learn about what secrets are okay to keep and which ones are not.  Sandy’s will talk will say “that it is not okay to look at or touch someone else’s private parts.” And also explain the correct names for our private parts and that we keep them covered and don’t let others touch them because they are special. Sandy used two puppets and read stories to the children.     v
